Spring Garden Medical Clinic has a fitness and exercise centre which prepares customized exercise regimens for patients according to their needs or according to the requirement of the doctor or physiotherapist. It also conducts live exercise sessions in small batches.
MEDICAL REHABILITATION & EXERCISE
The Fitness & Exercise centre designs customized exercise regimens for a patient based on detailed evaluation of the fitness trainer, the physiotherapist, orthopedic consultant or any doctor. There are also different exercise regimens for the rehabilitation of different diseases, like Covid, diabetes, stroke, arthritis, etc., or issues like backache, traumatic events like accidents, etc.


WELL-BEING EXERCISE PROGRAMMES
Fitness and exercise are crucial to our physical and mental well-being. As has been observed, "Those who think they have no time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness". The centre conducts aerobics oriented, holistic exercise programmes covering key aspects like cardio-fitness, muscle strengthening, flexibility, balance, and mind-body coordination. Online live exercise programmes are also available. Details are given below.
