These are a series of packages for men and women to assess their total health status and to identify possible potential illnesses through appropriate screening tests.

• It is advisable that you do one of these Health Check-ups especially if:

  • You are above the age of 40;

  • You lead an inactive, sedentary lifestyle;

  • You are overweight and have a tendency to consume alcohol or smoke;

  • Your immediate family members have a history of conditions like diabetes or hypertension, or have suffered from stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, cancer, etc;

  • You have undergone some major surgery in your life;

  • You have never done such a check-up before, or your last check up was more than 3 years ago.

• It is advisable for women to under-go such check-ups if, in addition to the above factors:

  • You have had a late pregnancy or complications during pregnancy;

  • You have a family history of breast/ pelvic/ uterine/ ovarian cancer

We have separate total health check-up packages for men and women. WIthin these two categories, we have three levels of check-ups, the Executive Health Check-up - SILVER (Basic), Executive Health Checkup - GOLD (Intermediate), and the Executive Health Check-up - PLATINUM (Advanced).

If you have any doubt about which level you should choose, please consult your Family Physician.

Which level you choose would depend on:

• Your age;

• When you did your last full check-up;

• Your present physical/ medical condition; and

• Whether you have a family history of chronic medical conditions (like diabetes, hypertension, etc.), or neurological conditions (like Parkinon's or Alzheimer's) or other co-morbidities like cancer, etc.

If you have any doubt about which level is appropriate for you, it would be best to talk to any one of our Family Physicians.

• You will have to come on two days.

  • On the first day you will report at 7.30 am (for fasting blood sample, and with urine/ stool samples). You will then have to come again at 2.30 pm for PPBS blood sample, and detailed consultations with the dentist, dietician, family physician and specialists (as applicable). You can expect to leave the clinic by 5.30 pm.

  • You will have to visit the Clinic after three days in the evening to get the detailed written report from the Family Physician.

• Please do remember to take an appontment for any visit to the Clinic as part of the Exececutive Health Check-up programme.

Please get the opinion of your doctor to decide how often you should do the full health check-up. Generally, If your first Executive Check at 40 assessed you as healthy and fit, you could do your next full check-up after three years or before you are 45. After 45, if you are still assessed as healthy, you could do your check-up every two years. However, it is advisable to do a complete check-up every year after 50. The frequency of your Executive Health Check-up can best be decided in consultation with your doctor.

The Executive Health-Check-up Programme is purely a check-up programme or an assessment/ evaluation of your medical condition. Treatment through medication or any other therapy is outside the scope of this check-up.

However, you may be given medication or advised relevant therapies by your consulting doctor if you so desire; this would make you the patient of the doctor presrcribing the medication or therapy, and you will need to follow-up with the doctor according to their requirements.
