Returns & Refunds


We do not offer a return or exchange program currently. All payments made for digital services are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you request for a refund detailing the circumstances, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and will be automatically credited after deducting any taxes etc. to your original method of payment, within 10 days of your refund approval email.


Check your original method of payment / bank account to see if you have not received a refund within 10 days of your refund approval email. Then contact your credit card company / bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
